Pilot - Payroll, benefits, and compliance for remote teams

I love how seamless the contract integration process is. Its user-friendly interface and the payment system as well. The fact you can get paid in almost any of your chosen currencies makes Pilot a go-to platform that I will recommend anytime! Overall, Pilot is great and efficient and I would recommend it specifically for remote workers. Pilot has made remote work better and faster for me. The payment platform made it easier for me to have my earning in any currency of my preference and have a significant amount of my earnings saved in dollars. In my country for instance, the exchange rate between the dollars makes one earnings significant. Again, getting paid in dollars or buying dollars through the black market rate is expensive and strenous. With Pilot, I can easily have my earnings in a hard currency. This is fun and exciting at the same time to me.

Pilot is a really great product that makes international hiring so much easier. Not an easy challenge. I also really love working with their team! Highly recommend :)
