WOW! I love those tools when you realize that you are going to be great friends from the start. I remember that feeling when Zapier emergedΒ into the world.Β Day 1 of working with it (finally) and it's already solved two great use cases that we were planningΒ to develop on our own.Β Well done Ply team!Β

Looks very cool. How does sharing work within the team? Can I build a new button in Zendesk and share it with the entire team so they can use it? Is there any setup that they need to do?
Maayan Abenina-Adar
Hey @itay_nagler , thanks for the compliment :) Ply's "synced groups" features makes sharing with your entire team easy. In the workspace settings of your Ply account, you can set up a synced group for any supported app, which pulls your user structure from, e.g., Zendesk and lets you use it for sharing features in Ply. If a new user is created in Zendesk, they automatically receive an invite to Ply, along with the features you've shared with the groups they belong to. Regular sharing doesn't involve any setup. We have a more advanced sharing option that uses "per-user" connections or data. With this options, users go through a quick setup process where they connect their own accounts for the apps you've chosen. Then they can use the feature with their connections and values.

Interesting. What are the benefits of integrating Ply with Twitter and LinkedIn? I'm curious to know what's the motive behind it. Good going.

Hello @shahza1bmushtaq πŸ‘‹ Here's a quick demo showing some of the features we've seen users add to LinkedIn with Ply: https://www.loom.com/share/93e65... Our integration with Twitter lets users add features to Twitter posts and user profiles. The profile context can support a Clearbit enrichment-style use case. The post context allows you to share or save interesting tweets in the apps of your choice. if you use LinkedIn or Twitter, I'd be curious to hear if there are any features you'd like to add to them😊

Wow, this is amazing! No-code automation is the future and this product is leading the way. I love the idea of creating add-ons and tools for the apps I already use. Can't wait to see what other integrations they come up with!
