The easiest way to discover thousands of relevant newsletters your audience already loves.
Match with top newsletters in your space... and recommend each other to grow faster together.
We've already driven 10m+ engaged new readers to 10k+ newsletters!
Hey Product Hunters!
Louis, cofounder of SparkLoop here π
Two years ago we launched Upscribe β the first newsletter recommendations network.
And it has grown to become hands-down the easiest way to grow your newsletter for free. We've helped top newsletters like Morning Brew, James Clear, The Hustle and thousands more add over 10 MILLION (!) high quality, engaged new subscribers.
But β if your newsletter's not quite as big and popular as Morning Brew or The Hustle (yet) β it can be super hard to find the right newsletters to partner up with.
That's why we're launching Newsletter Radar today.
In just a few clicks, you can:
1. See a list of all your audience's favorite newsletters (ranked by how many subscribers you have in common)
2. Discover thousands more newsletters that our algorithm thinks are relevant to your audience
3. And invite the ones you like best to partner up with you on free recommendations
The result: In less than 15 minutes, ANY newsletter should be able to find at least 5-10 (but really more like 50+) perfect newsletter partners, and start growing 3-10x faster by recommending each other.
One of my favorite things about Newsletter Radar (and Upscribe) is that it works with 25+ newsletter platforms (including beehiiv and ConvertKit).
So you can discover 100% of the very best newsletters you should be partnering up with... not just the 0.5% who happen to use the same newsletter platform you do!
Happy to answer any questions π₯³
@kjosephabraham tysm!
I'm most excited to see people sharing their matches. So many people saying "wow, I didn't realise my newsletter had so much in common with newsletter X..."

Hey @louisnicholls_! Newsletter Radar sounds incredibly useful for those of us trying to grow our subscriber base. Can you share more specifics about how the algorithm identifies relevant newsletters for partnerships? Also, are there any particular metrics or data points that it prioritizes to ensure a good match?
@pierre_peng sure thing!
So one of the biggest predictors is audience overlap: How many subscribers do you share in common with another newsletter?
From there, we look at a lot of other factors like audience demographics and the topics you cover in your newsletter.
As part of the onboarding, you actually tell us which of those demographics/topics is most likely to indicate someone is a good potential reader β and we customize the results based on your preferences.
We keep updating the algorithm based on feedback and performance. I'm really excited to see how AI can help us in the near future.
Hey Louis, congrats on the launch! This is going to be a game-changer.

Awesome man! I know how hard can be properly find right newsletters that mach with our audience, so I'm very glad to see you helping on this. And wish you all the best on this impressive launch!
I've really been impressed with Sparkloop and how their system works. This new tool that lets you see the actual size of audience in common is a game changer. Its a powerful feature that helps you focus your efforts on the audiences that matter most to you.
Hey Louis,
I'm interested in how you ensure the quality of matches. Are there any metrics you use beyond shared subscribers?
For niche newsletters, how well does the system work in finding relevant partners?
Congrats on the launch!
@kyrylosilin thanks for the question!
shared subscribers is a really great indicator βΒ especially for super niche newsletters.
But we also look at stuff like audience demographics (gender, age, income), location, and topics/interests too.
