@tankevan Yes! I personally have been testing screentime vs sleep for some weeks now. I found out that reading on my phone before bed doesn't effect my sleep too much, but watching Youtube certainly does! That experiment has led me to reading books + blogs before sleeping instead of doomscrolling on TikTok/YT Shorts!
Sleep tracking on Pulse has been immensely helpful for me already, can't wait to try habit testing!

We've done considerable benchmarking against the likes of Apple, Oura, Samsung, etc. No device is 100% accurate ever compared to the gold standard medical heart monitors, but they're good enough for general day to day informative use. Our benchmarks have consistently scored in line with Apple Watch / Oura ring / Garmins etc.
