Easy to integrate to any kind of website, helps to collect data from users and supporting.

backoffice UI may be even better :)

is there a way to open the chat using a custom button or link from the page? (that is, without clicking the little chat bot, or having it auto-open)

@jeffrey_wyman Sorry for the late reply, time difference 🙂 What you can do to open the chat using a custom button or link from the home page is the following: 1) Turn off the 'Open on start of a page' functionality of Quriobot (you can find this under the tab 'Design'). 2) On the link or button, you need to set onClick handler which will the js function 'quriobot.start()'. This can also be done by changing the html of the button or the link. When i click on embed cart i got empty page.

Pros:

Nice, slick design, user friendly.

Cons:

So far i have only problem with embedding code on my site.

Feedback is not something I frequently ask my users. Is there a way to enable disable the feedback remotely from your site? I like an easier way than changing html everytime I want feedback. I will include the required html and js into webapp, but on load it will first talk to your server and see if it is currently enabled? also enable/disable based on user location.
