Improvement is required in different aspects apart from the technical aspect.

Pros:

Innovative & customisable UI, SDK in most languages and frameworks, nice backend flow, easy integration, embedded UI over host services

Cons:

From customer's POV, lack of security. Fail to provide proper in-time response. Responses are to close ticket, no relevancy with ticket.

@shashank_kr How do I change the billing amount to be USD? It only shows INR currently.

I know the RazorPay team well and have been using their product for over 3 years. Checkout their other products as well.

Pros:

Easy integration, Excellent reliability of systems, Excellent support, Brand customisability, Stable testing sandbox

Cons:

Not sure. Haven't thought about it

Hey @shashank_kr , @ashwin_karthik1 , I have explored Razorpay before for one of our in-house applications and was completely blown away by all the integrations. Certainly one of the best payment platforms available in India right now. The launch of international payments will surely be a big boost !

Why isn't this product available for people outside of India? I am in Nigeria and wanted to give it a try but saw that users have to activate their accounts with a PAN number. That isn't something we have here.

Will steal your money and Never refund I did payment with razorpay upi on thingsbits.in website and money was successfully sent to razorpay account But merchant did not recieve it and order failed Now it has been 15 days each day i raise dispute on their website to refund my payment they respond with automatic e-mail And when you call their customer care number it says automated message of overload and cut your calls Never use them To transfer money If your merchant is using it contact them and ask them to not use it If they want to keep you as client
