Looked very promising so I paid the $39 to use this service, uploaded an image, and put in my card details. Then I got a 500 Error, was told I was a spam bot, and still got charged $39....which isn't ideal...

@acellary OK great. I messaged the support team and they were really helpful. It just felt super scummy when I get a 500 error, whilst getting an AMEX notification that I've been charged!
