Redoc is a ChatGPT alternative for Copywriting. Let's face it, ChatGPT is a Chatbot not a writing tool, that's why we built Redoc.

I've tried it and maybe don't understand whether/how it improves my ability to generate content that is familiar in voice and structure to that which I would write myself.
From the presentation, and from having used ChatGPT directly for this, I was under the impression that it could write in "my own tone and context"... but it continues to tell me it is unable to do that, and furthermore that it is unable to connect to the Internet to get information (which ChatGPT can now do)
Please clarify my misperceptions or otherwise confirm that it's not supposed to do these things?

Hi team! Very nice! Writing this feedback top of my morning so apologize in advance as it's not as organized. Overall UX is pretty smooth w a few kinks. I'll only focus on the things that can def elevate the experience once improved. Also congrats for getting this in the hand of users early! And focusing on that rather than getting something polished <3
- I asked Redoc to analyze my voice by giving it a link to a blog post. It said it will analyze it but there's no signal that it is doing so in the background. So I asked for an ETA and it gave 30 minutes. I think thats pretty long. In the future, it would be nice if there's a UI that signals Redoc's progress, or a loading state, or maybe send me updates every few minutes to assure me its still working on the task.
- Since it said it was running in the background, I wasn't sure if I should keep sending in more task. Although the interface allows me to and it seems its still able to talk to me, as a human, I didn't wanna send in multiple tasks because I know what it "feels" like to be concentrating on one task and having to work on more haha. This is of course an illusion but Im not sure if its in fact a good idea to do so to prevent it from crashing or it has the ability to handle more. If so, what is the limit?
- Onboarding was ok. I had the blank page syndrome when I saw the workspace the first time. Good thing I recalled the title of the Youtube video that popped up for a split second before disappearing while it was loading my workspace. I youtubed it - "Monkey Write Tutorial" . Its a good video! I def felt I was set up after 3 minutes of watching it. I advise shortening it tho to a minute (seemed very doable).
- Taking notes from the tutorial, I copied a draft I had onto the editor and immediately asked it to improve my writing. But instead it gave me some tips on how to improve my writing in general. I then instructed it to look at the text I just pasted and improve it, only then did it work.
