A very happy paying customer here. Just wanted to share some unexpected benefits after using Reform. Reform made us more aware for opportunities to get information/feedback from our customers. For example: * Customer says something nice about my product in customer support -> Send them the 'Testimonial' Reform. (With avatar upload) * Customer has a requests for an integration -> Send them the 'Request integration' Reform We also have some places in the app where it makes sense to ask for information. For example: 'Is there an integration you like to see that is missing? Please let us know'. Surprisingly our customers give way more concise information than via customer support chat/email. I’ve used many form builders, including the big, popular ones, but Reform comes out ahead of the rest for me. It’s simple to use, can get up and running in no time but is still feature rich. On top of that, the developers are super responsive, passionate and listen to feedback. It’s a win for me.

It's great they have a free version, however I am still a very happy paid customer Reform is my go to product for collecting user feedback or when I need to do a more in-depth twitter poll for my endless stream of product ideas 😂
