Relay - A diverse, context-rich second brain for SaaS startups

Congratulations on the launch! This is so cool. It is amazing to see founders sharing their stories in-depth and helping us understand how every startup story is unique. I personally also enjoy how the format invites us to spend our attention and time on a journey of learning that is richly rewarding. Excited to see this launch and for the world to consume this treasure trove. :)

Hey PH community, I'm Rajaraman, a co-founder at Chargebee. Super stoked (and proud) to finally share Relay with the world. Thank you, @jamesjgill! You're the best. :) We saved up for years before starting Chargebee, didn't begin with any vexing itch of our own but a team that wanted to build something meaningful together, and bootstrapped our way through the first couple of years. Those early decisions have definitely informed what Chargebee has become today. But our journey just wouldn't be possible if we were only tied to those very early decisions and the beliefs that led us to them. In fact, as far back as I can recall, each year has presented its own unique demands and has required us to adapt anew to different challenges. What has helped is deliberately and proactively finding ways to learn from founders on varied paths. Relay is an attempt to pursue the same goal, and is, indeed, something we wish existed earlier. I'm incredibly grateful to all the founders who've poured in their earnest and open reflections, in sessions that sometimes last multiple hours, to collectively further fellow founders. There are so many founder journeys to document and learn from. We believe Relay will be a repository of these for many founders who will build the future. We're just getting started. It has been a work of @mrakashsharma and @astharattan for quite sometime. My sincere thanks to everyone for giving shape to Relay. Looking forward to hear what you all think!

Supremely awesome. Like every individual born in this world, every startup will have their unique journey- bootstrapping, funding, failure, success all rolled up in different proportions and cooked to a unique recipe. Every entrepreneur who undertakes this journey has a story as unique as she or he is. Glad you guys are helping them Relay their stories. God bless
