@maxtpham hey Max, we'd probably have to get @shaulim in on the conversation for a more technical explanation. What I know is that the behavioral AI uses something like 500 data points to predict with amazing accuracy if a site visitor is disengaged. Once it recognizes those behaviors, it initiates the chat and that's where the conversions increase. It's designed to work on mobile so the approach is all about timing. Approach too soon, and you're an annoying popup. And too late is too late. So it's more sophisticated than a regular exit-intent popup.

@nuno_ms_reis I confirmed the numbers with our data scientist right before launch. The team busted their butts to deliver what we have today. Kudos to them.
