My team and I are super excited to share with you the results of our hard but very ambitious work, creating a mood tracking app that helps people improve their mental health.
Ripple is designed to visualize your mental state through mood tracking. We made it simple. Just choose your satisfaction and energy level on a scale of 1 to 10. Ripple will translate your emotions and put them into words!
Here is how you can analyze your mood and develop emotional intelligence with Ripple:
π¨βπ¬ A holistic approach, backed by science.
To get the mood right we use the Mood meter, a square evenly divided into four quadrants which represents a category of moods. Each quadrant has 25 emotion words, for a total of 100 emotion words, so you can exactly name what you feel.

Your activities have a close correlation with your emotions. Are you hungry or tired? Who did you interact with? See the patterns in how moods vary over time and due to different situations and circumstances.

Please welcome our new app made in love and thoughts of support. Since we all have feelings and not so many of us know how to deal with them from time to time, we decided to change this.

@tattey_dronova Yes I've tried Headspace and Waking Up. Waking Up really did it for me. Simply being aware of what you're experiencing and how it makes you think and feel... Changes your life.
This looks really nice and tackling a problem that we are only going to become more cognizant of over the coming years, that mental health is for everyone and, just like physical health, it takes daily input. One of the things I think we struggle with is knowing how we are doing mentally vs physically. It's pretty obvious when you're physically tired and easier to regulate, but our mental feedback loops seem slower/delayed and so it's often very late on we know there is a proble.
@simon_barker1 exactly! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the topic! I'd also emphasise that mental health has a very close (I'd say direct) impact on our physical health. And vice versa. So it's really helpful to define what's going on in your life:) Do you practice any tracking?
