I like this because it has the possibility of creating a really nice experience for new hires and shortening the time to actual productivity. The offboarding is also a thoughtful consideration to ensure everything that matters is completed by all parties. Nice work!

We use rippling for our payroll and it was one of the best onboarding experiences I've had. Really excited for this product as we grow our company! They are tackling a problem/headache that NEEDS to be solved and in my opinion, early signs show they are going to nail it.

I was just discussing this internally how the difference between small and medium/large corps is their on-boarding, creating systems / process is key to survival. Sweet reveal, Rippling - can't wait to try it.

Great idea! Do the same thing for Duplo! Cause you know kids under 3 aren't super good with legos but love to hang next to the fridge

Very clever entry point to the long term building of a talent management suite, which I'm guessing is Parker Conrad's long-term goal. By trying to own the exact moment a person enters and leaves a company, Rippling could firmly and flexibly expand their powering of a company's talent lifecycle. Plus, the current execution of these moments (onboarding new hires & terminating employees) is not good at most companies. Short-term pain point and long term opportunity. It may not grow as fast as Zenefits - which could be a good thing, legally speaking - but it's going to grow.
