I never had to do a lot of the HR side of hiring, but the onboarding of a new dev is complex enough: buy computer, give access to this, to that, plan training, point to docs, etc, etc. I've been wanting for an app that allows me to build this list and maintained up to date.
It would be good if when updating the list, previous employees also have to do that task.

This is a game changer. @mikeaag and I sat down a month or two ago to hack together an MVP that handles onboarding new team members and automating permissions, but we couldn't seem to find a way to do it with many of the important apps, the API didn't seem to allow it.
I'm not sure whether we overlooked something, or whether the Rippling team have gone direct and integrated with each of the partners, but either way the execution the Rippling team here have done looks superb. I can see this really catching on 🙌
