Rumi.ai - See what’s happening across meetings, Slack, and your tools

X-Ray is the intelligence layer of Rumi’s AI meeting platform. It continuously scans your team’s meetings, conversations, and connected tools like Slack and CRMs to surface insights and updates automatically. X-Ray keeps everyone informed without the noise of endless threads, recaps, or updates.

This is awesome. I hate chasing info all over the place. Pumped to try it!

Tom Fuller

@phillipderenzo Thanks for your support! That's the exact use case we hope to have banished!

The daily sales & customer digest is incredibly valuable for me. Actively synthesizes the most recent & relevant updates across our team’s meeting data, slack conversations and our CRM. Saves me probably 30 mins a day.

Today took a closer look at Rumi and experience was smooth. The onboarding is pretty quick and minimal, just asking the right things (no endless questions).

A few findings that I liked -

1. You can tell Rumi to learn your context rather than just spit out generic summaries.
2. To me the “Additional context” field and the pinned prompt system make it feel like I'm training my own little assistant.
3. Meeting memory is an interesting thought. I liked being able to ask questions like Who talked the most is great.

I didnt see the light/dark mode switch but I might be overlooking.

Curious -since Rumi already captures tasks and insights from meetings, is a Notion integration on the way? Forwarding tasks or decisions from Rumi directly into Notion pages (my priority) or databases (nice to have) would be good.

@gorkemcetin thanks so much for the thoughtful remarks and questions! Glad to hear you like our onboarding and see the value of Meeting Memory, much appreciated! :)

Light/Dark mode - we went with all dark - do you prefer having both light and dark?

Notion - We are working on a Notion integration, we've gotten quite a few requests for it so it's high pri on our list!

Congrats on the launch!

@andrewgazdecki Thank you Andrew!

Thank you @andrewgazdecki !

Sam Stromberg

This looks really cool! How would you envision this being most beneficial for a sales leader? Especially compared to some of the other sales notetakers out there?

Tom Fuller

@sam_stromberg Thank you! A lot of our sales team use X-Ray to loop themselves in on upcoming feature releases an/or bugs that may impact sales calls. They also monitor any objections/wins happening across other sales calls. It's almost connecting the dots that so many sales teams lost once they went remote, the concept of idea sharing in an office.

Ramsey Pryor

@sam_stromberg Thanks for the question Sam! Sales is one of our best use case, and some of our customers have switched to Rumi from tools like Gong. Here's what sales leaders can do with Rumi that you can't with other tools:

  • Ask a question that crosses the entire sales team like "give me a list of all the customers we met with last week, the next steps, and the biggest risks for each." or "what's the most frequent challenge we're hearing from prospects in Europe?"

  • Set up an X-ray to alert you any time there's a new discovery meeting, and extract the answers to all of the questions you want your team to ask about. You can get a real time summary, or set up a daily or weekly digest, and it can pull from Online Meetings, in person meetings, Slack, Salesforce, Hubspot, and more.

  • Ask qualitative questions to figure out what your best sellers do that others do not. For example: "Fetch the last 10 sales meetings led by Sarah, John and Adam. What does Sarah they do that John and Adam can learn from? Bring in concrete examples."

  • We also push summaries directly to your CRM, and can listen for specific things and map those to custom objects. This eliminates a ton of admin time for your team.

  • Get most of the info for your pipeline call BEFORE you meet. Ask Meeting Memory for a summary on all the deals you care to monitor and ask all the questions you'd ask your rep. You'll get an unfiltered answer, and can spend your meeting time going deeper into the specifics instead of hearing the basic info.

  • Give product verbatim, real time feedback any time customers or prospects ask for new features. They can use X-ray to scan for this, so there's no need to meet and no filters.

I could go on, but hopefully this gives you an idea of what's possible! Do these resonate? Anything you'd like to have that's missing?

Chilarai M

Seems like a great tool. Let me give it a try
