Rumi.ai - See what’s happening across meetings, Slack, and your tools
by•
X-Ray is the intelligence layer of Rumi’s AI meeting platform. It continuously scans your team’s meetings, conversations, and connected tools like Slack and CRMs to surface insights and updates automatically. X-Ray keeps everyone informed without the noise of endless threads, recaps, or updates.
Congratulations on the launch Rumi team! It looks extremely polished and well architected. I'm wondering how this product might be leveraged during an engineering incident?
Thanks you @rubin_singh ! X-Ray can be very helpful during engineering incidents: it can automatically track and summarize key updates, decisions, and blockers from your incident channels, meeting notes, and integrated tools like Slack, Jira, or Linear (and more to come). This means everyone if you have a "Monitor" type X-Ray set up for it, you will receive real-time alerts when an incident is picked up.
After the incident, X-Ray could also help you by generating a clear summary or postmortem "Document" type X-Ray. If you want to see a real example or have specific use cases in mind, let us know!
@rubin_singh@margaretgrobler another very cool possibility of how Rumi.ai can be leveraged for engineering teams, is to help improve communication and organisational alignment on progress, blockers, risks and delivery against both new product features (in development) or bugs/issues that the team are working on.
By having the tools where your engineer team work (commonly meetings, slack, and Jira or Linear) connected, you can ask X-Ray to deliver you a daily, weekly, or whatever cadence you prefer a synthesised digest tracking this activity.
For example, the command you give X-Ray could be something like:
"Presenting this information in a table, look at meetings, slack (specifically channels #engineering) and Jira, provide a weekly update on all new features that have been prioritised for development. Include a summary for feature, summary of the scope of work, priority, summary of process to date, next steps, any known or potential risks, owner and target delivery date"
This will then deliver a beautiful weekly update, updated with all the information that's critical to your team for improved alignment and communication, so you can spend less time talking about what's happened and more time talking about what needs to happen next.

Massive congrats on the launch! @ramsey_pryor1
As a sales man, I’m currently deep in consolidating all the meeting notes and syncing with my team mates on what’s happening. I’m excited to see how Rumi & X-Ray will shake things up and redefine the status quo!
@jason_turbolink Thanks so much, Jason! That means a lot coming from you and your sales team. Your feedback has been so helpful in defining the product we have today.

This is really exciting. We all spend so much time on zoom calls and it can be a beast to try to sift, sort, and share the info that comes up during them all.
@abetterjones I completely agree! Thank you so much for your support.

Amazing launch, @mjgaylord and team! 🎉 Turning meetings and conversations into a connected intelligence system is next-level. Curious—can X-Ray track follow-ups from meetings automatically too?

Very cool! Can your app create brief summaries or a timeline for each client? For example, in our business we often have calls with clients and make agreements. A few months later, the client may forget, and they need a reminder or just need to reconstruct the chronology of events. Can your app do that?

@startupjorge We do indeed! You can invite Rumi.ai to all your Google meetings and still benefit from Meeting Memory and X-Ray.
