I’m Adana, 36 yo.
Scenographer by diploma.

12+ years in animation production, mostly as a production manager.
Along the way, I co-founded RunEvr - Agentic project management environment for creatives, with our studio founder, .

I’m addicted to learning something new - and not just knowledge, facts, news. I love discovering new ways of thinking, unexpected stories, different kinds of people, and ideas I’ve never considered before.

And then, naturally, trying to create something new inspired by all of that.

I’m here on PH to launch products, meet fellow makers, discover interesting new products, exchange ideas, and, of course, hear from you.

Working on Merzify, checking whether an Amazon product is actually safe to buy before you spend money on it. Solo founder, still pre-launch.


Addicted to figuring out why people trust the things they trust. Not in an abstract way, more like the specific mechanics of it. Why a strikethrough price feels like a discount even when it isn't. Why five stars and "verified purchase" is enough to stop most people from checking anything further. That's basically the whole reason Merzify exists: the gap between what looks trustworthy and what actually is.


Here on PH mostly to build real relationships before I launch, not to collect upvotes cold on day one. Already had a good exchange with you in the UI/UX thread; this is the kind of thing I mean.

I really like your concept and the thinking behind it - understanding why people trust what they trust.

Is there any mechanism that can determine whether a product is actually worth buying beyond stars and reviews? What’s your approach to this?

 Yes, that's actually the whole design of it. Stars and reviews are one input, not the answer, because both can be faked or gamed the same way.


Three things run together. Review patterns, not individual reviews: does the language repeat across "different" people, did reviews arrive in an unnatural burst, do the reviewers have any real purchase history behind them. Seller signals: how long they've actually been selling, whether the listing behaves like it's been quietly swapped out under a good rating it didn't earn. And price behavior: whether that "50% off" is a real discount or a price that was raised the week before just to create one.


None of those three alone tells you much. A product can have one clean signal and still be a bad buy. It's the combination that produces something honest.


Where I'm strict with myself: if those three don't agree, or the data's too thin to say anything real, Merzify doesn't round up to a confident answer. It says the trust level is uncertain, or that it can't be established, instead of guessing to look more useful than it actually is. That rule cost me the easy version of the product. I think it's the only version worth building.

 Really good! I hadn’t even thought about all these criteria you mentioned.
And I really like the part where it doesn’t force an answer just to give you one. Being honest when there isn’t enough data is a really valuable approach.

Can I try Merzify right now to get some stats on a few products? Is it live?

 Not public yet, no live link to hand out yet. But go ahead and drop me a product you're curious about anyway, I'll queue it up and send you the real result once I'm able to run it, not leaving you with just "coming soon."


In the meantime, curious about something on your side. RunEvr's for creatives managing projects, a different kind of trust problem from mine, but probably not unrelated. When a client or collaborator is deciding whether to actually trust a tool inside their workflow, what's the thing that convinces them, is it the output quality, how it handles their data, or something else entirely?

 RunEvr actually was born inside an animation studio.

We were struggling to manage creative teams. We realized they needed more freedom and fewer tools to deal with =D

I’m Vishal, founder of Playistry.

I come from a technology/product background, and right now I’m focused on building Playistry—a platform that helps small and local businesses make their marketing more interactive and engaging.

The idea is simple: instead of another ad that people scroll past, businesses can create QR-code games, giveaways, and reward campaigns that customers can actually participate in. 🎮

I'm currently obsessed with building, testing, and learning what actually makes people engage with a product. There are plenty of technical problems to solve, but I've found that getting people to care about what you've built is often the harder (and more interesting) challenge.
