š When was the last time you did some sport?
I just walked out of the gym, and I feel ready to move mountains! =D
For a while, I gave up exercising. And yesterday, the bell rang when my teammate asked the whole team: When was the last time you did some sport?
It made me frustrated. I realized Iād been so busy that day by day, Iād been forgetting about it. And I could feel how directly that affected my productivity too.
In our team, weāre used to being very active. My co-founder @rafik_mkhitaryan is a two-time Ironman and a triathlon expert. We have running challenges, and everyone actively goes to the gym.
And there I was, feeling a little ashamed to realize that I hadnāt exercised for the last couple of weeks...
Do you also have these gaps when being busy pushes sports out of your routine?
And if you havenāt done any sport recently, take this as your little reminder to go move your body today =D
Because right now, I feel fantastic!
And honestly, taking care of yourself is also part of building a product, a company, and a business!

There is a gym right next to my house; itās really great and has helped me with psychological issues like depression and anxiety.
@wwenioaguiarĀ Yes, that's true.
My gym is very convenient too! It has several branches, so there's one near the studio and one near my home. That's perfect for me! =)
For me sport is unintentionally part of my daily life - I bring my kid to and from kindergarten by bike and it's our main transport to go around the city on weekends. I find regular gym boring, so I attend aerial silks classes 2 times a week. Physical activity helps me clear my mind and recharge.
@alieksiaĀ Wow, aerial silks are so cool! Did you get the hang of it from the start, or does it take time to learn how to? =)
