This is Runway nails something that’s been long overdue. Context-aware hiring. Most tools forget that the definition of a great hire varies wildly between companies and even roles.
Loved how you're building flexibility into the scoring logics.
Also, do you plan to support async hiring collaboration (e.g., scoring calibration across interviewers)?

@danielmagill A bit of both, actually! We’ve seen firsthand how posting a job can flood you with hundreds of applicants, and yet you still struggle to find the right person. At the same time, many candidates feel buried in the noise even when they know they’d be a great fit. We hope this will help hiring teams find those perfect applicants.
