@reinhard_grandl Thanks for your comment. Yes, exactly, information at your fingertips. As a product leader what processes would help you? What are some processes you do over and over again and it's hard to execute them?

I like that creating playbooks inadvertently creates some form of business processes and can really help startups in actually documenting their processes and how things can and should be done. I know that in our company getting processes documented is definitely a challenge, and this would be a great way to ensure the team is on the same page.
