I didn't like the TODO extension for VSCode... I felt like it didn't give me enough info about the tech debt in the projects I worked on (i.e. when it was introduced, the severity, etc) and there's no reporting to show leadership teams to convince them to allow for a couple sprints to address the tech debt.
