Do growth teams actually want all-in-one tools, or do they just want less tab-switching?

I used to think "all-in-one" was the dream. One platform, everything connected, no more copy-pasting between CRM and your email tool and your analytics dashboard at 9am.

But after talking to a bunch of GTM folks, the honest answer is: they don't really want all-in-one. They want their existing tools to talk to each other without them being the middleman. The frustration isn't the number of tools, it's the manual carrying of context between them.

That's actually the core thing we built around. It's not trying to replace your CRM or your ad platform. It reads your live funnel across the tools you already use and executes tasks across them so you stop being the bridge. The approval queue means nothing customer-facing fires without your say-so, which was a non-negotiable for our early users.

Still genuinely curious though: do you think all-in-one is a product category people actually want, or is it just a good pitch that rarely delivers?
