Doing one of these because I get more from reading what others are building than from any newsletter.
I'll start.
Building AI Hive, an enterprise AI agent platform that helps mid-market and enterprise teams get from AI pilot to production in weeks instead of quarters. The hard problem we keep solving: compliance, model flexibility, and the lack of in-house AI talent on the customer side.

What I'm building: Doberman: The watchdog to stop your AI before it goes rogue. It's a two layer security guardrail running on a pass/auth/block system, with a deterministic core that stops obvious threats like leaking keys, mass deletes, force pushes etc. The second layer is a dynamic security that learns your use case slowly adapting the security measures to match your style so eventually Doberman silently guards you in the background.
Who it's for: Broadly, anyone who uses AI. Currently devs and SWE who use Claude code, Codex or any coding agent that has MCP access.
Hardest Challenge: Growing the project, getting enough test users so I can create a warm security baseline to minimise decision fatigue. From my own experience, the biggest issue with existing AI guardrails is that it is overprotective in the wrong places creating decision fatigue while still letting dangerous actions through.

Im building - FounderFloor
FounderFloor is an online trade-show floor which lets founders experience a online start-up expo which comes served as a gamified website.
The key audience of this website are small founders who arent yet to be discovered.
But the hardest part of what i am trying to create is that it is an online space, which needs people to be there and active, so technically i am that small founder that i am trying to help others, but i cannot give up as i have spent a while making this.
Also i am giving out 25 free Founding Member subscriptions which are limited to 100 people, with this the early members will get exclusive perks in future updates if this does go somewhere.
Lastly, if you want to try it and help out here is a link: https://founderfloor.net/
Looking forward to hopefully seeing some people there!
Building Monument Patron — an interactive monument discovery experience where brands and companies can become patrons of individual monument plates and gain lasting visibility inside a premium digital collection.
It’s for brands looking for a more distinctive form of digital presence than another banner or sponsored post.
The hardest part we’re solving right now is making digital patronage feel genuinely valuable — balancing historical discovery, beautiful presentation, and brand visibility without turning the experience into advertising.

Would love your thoughts.
We are building ReviewCook - AI Review Management to help businesses collect more reviews becuase why let the negative reviews make all the noise!
Building NativeFlow , a way for language learners to watch real YouTube content without getting lost.
It’s for people who are past the beginner stage but still struggle when native speakers talk fast, use idioms, slang, or expressions that subtitles don’t really explain.
You watch a real video, tap a sentence you don’t understand, and NativeFlow explains what it means in context — then you keep watching.
Starting with Dutch learners, but the bigger idea is an understanding layer for authentic content in any language.
Hardest part right now: turning the initial “oh, this is useful” moment into repeat usage. People are trying the explanation experience, but I’m working on making the watch → understand → continue loop strong enough that they naturally come back.
NativeFlow: nativeflow.life
I’d especially love feedback from anyone who learns languages through YouTube, Netflix, podcasts, or other native content.
Briskly Explainer Video
A guarantee you'll have a clean house in 15 minutes
People who have surprise guests coming round with no notice + messy people who hate cleaning
Marketing - it is the hardest part of creating an app. Why would anyone care/try it and getting people to share it.
Building Bracket - a client project memory for freelancers and small agencies.
It connects Gmail, Slack, Figma and GitHub to keep track of scope, decisions, requirements and changes as a project moves.
Relaunching on Product Hunt soon and looking for a few people to test it on real client work.

What I’m building:
I’m building Pitanga Labs, a platform where intelligent AI tools meet personal branding. It helps users refine their CVs, optimise LinkedIn profiles, prepare for interviews, and explore creative content creation, all designed to boost visibility and confidence in the digital space.
Who it’s for:
Pitanga Labs is for students, professionals, and creators who want to stand out online without needing design or technical expertise. It’s built for anyone looking to express their skills and personality more effectively through AI‑powered tools.
The hardest part right now:
The biggest challenge I’m tackling is getting indexed by search engines and driving consistent traffic to the website. I’m experimenting with SEO strategies, structured content, and AI‑optimised publishing to improve visibility. If you have ideas or tools that could help, I’d love to hear them, and I’m offering free credits so you can try Pitanga Labs and share feedback on what features or improvements you’d like to see next.
EmberCine — an AI film studio plus a streaming platform for the results. You chat with a Director AI, it takes you from a logline to characters, shots and a finished cut; every film is reviewed by a human before it's published, and creators earn 55% of subscription revenue by watch-time. Built solo over the last year, launched today: https://www.producthunt.com/prod.... Honest state: pre-launch, catalogue empty until the first creator wave. What are you building?
I'm Building Workilo. 12 AI agents that hand work to each other through approval gates instead of one chatbot you re-prompt all day.
For 5–20 person marketing agencies that bought ChatGPT seats to scale without hiring and got generic drafts with no brand voice.
Hardest part: the model layer is commoditizing under us. Everything durable is in the client's brand data and the routing, and keeping that intact when a client swaps models mid-workflow is the real engineering problem.
