A few days ago, I wrote about why I locked myself in a room to build Mimic a native Android motion capture engine designed to give indie filmmakers their economic sovereignty back. No $2,000 suits, no corporate subscriptions, just a smartphone.

Today, I want to talk about how my team at ShardLabWorks just cracked the most notorious, unforgiving problem in the AI animation space.If you ve ever tried budget or AI motion capture, you know exactly what I m talking about: The "Skating." You import the raw data into your 3D software, and your character looks like they are sliding on ice. Their knees shiver, their ankles roll unnaturally, and the sheer amount of manual cleanup required makes the data virtually useless.

I built iisacc around a simple promise: practical software that raises human creativity and helps imagination become useful work.

Instead of making the site only a portfolio or a store, I connected four layers: the products, the human problems they are intended to solve, technical material, and the development decisions behind them. The current public work includes Vincent, local digital paper for visual thinking; WeUs, an AI-native social network in early access; LVRS documentation; and a free 77-page English eBook about shipping maintainable AI-assisted software.

I also expose unfinished commercial status rather than hiding it: Vincent sales are paused, WeUs is early access, and the advertising workspace is planning-only.

The first version of MORPHOICES is starting to take shape.

We've been dragging our heels committing to a Product Hunt launch, but it's finally happening on Thursday August 13! I'll admit, I'm excited and apprehensive in equal measures.

Occasio is a pinboard meets citation manager for shared insights. In our automation-obsessed times, it's almost anti-cool by design. But hey, someone's got to build tools of thought for humans too.

I've spent years writing the same CRUD boilerplate for every new backend, and I keep noticing the same pattern in the tools meant to fix it: scaffolders generate a project and abandon you the moment the schema changes, and low-code removes the boilerplate but locks the product into someone else's runtime.
I've been working on a third way: a language-agnostic code generator. You describe the domain once in a small YAML model, and it produces real, readable source code you own MIT licensed and open source. The core is deliberately language-neutral: it parses and validates the model, builds an intermediate representation, and renders it through pluggable bridge templates. The first bridge we ship generates ASP.NET Core + EF Core + PostgreSQL but any other language is just a new bridge (templates and type mappings), with zero core changes.
The part I care most about is "day two". Business logic lives in separate files that survive regeneration, and the migration engine renames database columns instead of dropping them, so a field rename doesn't destroy data.
Before I go further, I'd genuinely like to learn from people who have been through this. What made you give up on a code generator or low-code platform day-two maintenance, lock-in, or the quality of the generated code? And if "any language, you just write a bridge" is the model what language would you want first?

As a solo developer, I've been obsessed with reducing onboarding friction in peer-to-peer marketplaces. Traditional platforms rely heavily on text-dense boards, long sign-up forms, and manual searches, which often kill early transaction liquidity.

To experiment with a more visual approach, I've spent the last few months bootstrapping HandyMap (link is attached directly to my profile badge).

It's a global utility framework that puts user tasks directly on an interactive, real-time map layer rather than standard list feeds. To solve the form-filling drop-off problem, I integrated a native voice-to-text task generation system so users can list an on-demand job globally just by speaking. Payments are routed through a secure escrow setup to enforce cross-border safety automatically.

I built SUDHI because a normal chat window was not enough for those moments. One reply can sound convincing while still missing the customer, the cash, the downside, or the next practical step.

SUDHI gives one decision to a private Board of 10. Each seat looks at the same question from a different angle: strategy, operations, risk, customer impact, finance, growth, people, systems, research, and evidence.
