Been sitting on this idea for a while: what if you could trade athletes like stocks?

Not fantasy. Not betting. Actual order books bids, asks, limit orders but the underlying asset is an athlete's performance and market sentiment.

Just launched the alpha of Athlete Exchange (ALEX). Here's how it works:

• Athletes go through an IPO process before hitting the open market

• AI-generated news affects valuations in real time (think earnings reports but for athletes)

• Tradeable indexes bet on a position group, a league, a narrative

• Two factions driving market sentiment: Integrity vs. Shadow think bull/bear but with lore

I have fibromyalgia and other neurodivergent issues, and the crossover of symptoms causes some interesting dynamics in my life! A good energy day, but bad executive dysfunction and motivation? Or a brain fog day but the feeling of energy and motivation to be productive despite being unable to focus. It's a challenge!

So I decided to build something to help myself get out of these ruts and not put things off forever (as I glance at my dirty kitchen! ) The app will do a daily check in to ask where your energy and focus is at. You can then add tasks to your list and let AI plan your day around your symptoms and energy/focus levels. If things aren't going well later on (as it often happens!) you can click the "I'm struggling" button to replan your day based on your current energy and focus. Sometimes it may suggest that you push some tasks to tomorrow so you don't burn out, and will schedule in lots of breaks and wind-down time.

Quick context: Spent years inside enterprise delivery seeing the same pattern. AI pilot works. Demo gets standing ovation. Then six months later it's still 'in review.'

We kept hitting the same walls:

- Cloud-only platforms couldn't pass on-prem compliance for BFSI and healthcare clients

- Lightweight tools were great for demos but couldn't survive a real audit

I m building Crazy Sajangnim, an early-stage platform that combines discounted fashion discovery with a shared community blog.

The name comes from the Korean phrase , which roughly means The boss has gone crazy. Korean retailers often use it playfully to advertise prices so low that the owner must be crazy. I wanted the name to preserve that part of Korean shopping culture while building something that connects Korean and U.S. fashion retailers.

However, the question I m most interested in testing isn t simply whether people want another place to find discounted products. It s whether a blog can recreate some of the social experience of shopping together.

The idea is to let shoppers post clothing photos, share deals, ask for sizing or styling advice, compare products, and get opinions before purchasing. Rather than evaluating everything alone across multiple tabs, shoppers could bring their discoveries and questions into one shared feed.

Hey everyone I've been building this solo alongside a full-time engineering job for the past few years, and I'd love some real feedback from this community.

It's a 3D avatar coach, powered by an LLM & vison models, that can teach you dance moves currently 200+ dance motions across 5 styles, plus warmups and stretching. You talk to it like you would to any real human coach, and it demonstrates, slows down, and breaks down movements based on what you ask.

It's early some movements aren't as precise as I want them to be yet, and I'm actively working on making the correction sharper. That's exactly why I'm posting here: I'd rather get honest feedback now from people who'll actually try it than polish in isolation.

For the last few months I've been building MarginFlow solo, no team, no funding.

The problem: every agency owner knows this pattern. A client emails "hey can you also just add X" sounds small, feels rude to push back on, so you just do it. One email. Then five. Then your 40-hour project quietly became 65 hours and nobody billed for the extra 25. By the time you notice, the project's wrapped and it's too late to invoice for it.

Shipping this one nights and weekends as a solo dev. It's a golf career management sim, browser-based, free, no ads. You create a golfer, pick an archetype, and play through full seasons against a persistent AI field, training, tournament selection, and career arc all matter over time.

Posted an early version to Reddit a while back and got honestly roasted, 0% retention, confusing UI, bugs everywhere. Fixed what I could, kept iterating, and it's in a much better place now. Sharing here because I want more eyes on it and more honest feedback before I keep building.
