Startups Solving Stress: What's One Problem You are Making Simpler?

One thing I have learned as a founder: some of the best products not only save time or money, but also reduce stress.

For me, that meant building ImmigrantVLI, an AI assistant to help people better understand the U.S. immigration system. It s been emotional hearing from users who finally feel a sense of clarity.

So now I am Interested:

  • What problem are you solving that s more about peace of mind than profit?

  • Are there any underrated use cases where technology can ease emotional or mental burdens?

I built a platform to validate that users actually want AI agents

TL;DR: I built a platform to validate a hypothesis: If we lower the barrier to entry for using and productizing agents, will normal users actually like them? I m looking for builders to test it out. You can take your existing agent code, fill out a simple manifest, run a few CLI commands, and have a shareable, web-accessible agent in 10 minutes. Links at the bottom.

Happy New Year, everyone.

We built an AI matchmaker that optimizes for relationships, not swipes

Hey PH

I m the CTO at LoveActually. I ve spent most of my career building recommendation systems, and dating apps have always bothered me from an engineering standpoint.

Most of them are optimized for engagement: swipe more, match more, keep you coming back. But very few are built to help two people actually build something that lasts.

The Energy Bank Account

Stopping the withdrawal when the balance runs low.

He used to treat his energy as infinite. Now, he checked the level and saw it as a bank balance. Seeing the meter drop to 40% in the afternoon was the equivalent of an overdraft warning. He immediately stopped the high-demand tasks, canceling a meeting to prevent the balance from hitting zero. The check-in wasn't just monitoring; it was enforcing fiscal responsibility over his most valuable resource.
Question for you: "How do you balance your Energy Level?"

Need feedback on my product, Datachoose

Hey everyone,

I started building a side project that s been keeping me sane and inspired.

It s a URL management and link tracker, but not just another Bitly or TinyURL clone. I wanted to create something more powerful from the start, a tool that gives users full access to analytics and insights without the usual paywalls or ads. I also want to use AI analysis on the data to give users insight into the which day should they market based on historical data and also have cybersecurity features so that adult content and malicious links are not shared.

Here s what it offers so far:

How do small teams keep their software secure without a security team?

I ve worked with a few small businesses and solo founders, and I keep noticing the same thing.

Everyone knows software updates matter.
But in reality, most small teams don t have:

  • a dedicated security person

  • time to read technical security alerts

  • budget for enterprise security tools

  • patience for complex setups or constant monitoring

So software security usually looks like this:

The Journey Of WorkElate and Why WE exist

We didn t build another task app.

We built a Work OS.

Because tasks were never the real problem.

The real problem is fragmentation.
