I'm building something to solve a problem my family faces every single day, and I'd love your feedback.

The problem:

Every household has someone carrying the invisible mental load of meals. It's not the cooking that's exhausting it's the deciding. 21 meals a week. Remembering who eats what. Knowing what's in the fridge. Figuring out quick meals for busy nights.

I launched Talth a week ago. It turns your brand into a launch film, cut to your song, and you can change any part later.

The good part: people who sign up actually use it. 14 films made so far, and one user even wrote a guide about it on a forum.

The bad part: nobody has paid yet. And most visitors leave the homepage in a few seconds.

So I need honest eyes:

If you're a solo founder or a small team, getting real people to actually try your product, understand what it does, and give you honest feedback quickly enough to decide whether it's worth pursuing is incredibly difficult.

Paid ads guarantee reach, not genuine engagement or understanding. And traditional user-testing platforms are often built around the needs and budgets of established companies with UX research teams.

I'm building FindEarlyAdopter to address that gap: a marketplace where founders pay potential users to actually engage with their products, complete meaningful tasks, have a conversation with the founder and share honest feedback.

I kept seeing the same problem: people write down meaningful goals, but those goals stay too vague to act on.
So I built CutDone a small, visual planning tool that helps break a goal into concrete next steps you can actually finish. It includes focused tools for 2027 planning, choosing a word for the year, and breaking larger goals into manageable actions.
What I care about most is keeping the experience simple: no complicated project-management setup, just a clearer path from intention to action.

I asked my AI to move an old file into the history folder. It told me Living Projects didn't have a button for that. I built Living Projects.

It was right, there's no button. Living Projects keeps the record in your own storage, and the AI already has a connector for that storage, so it can move the file directly. I just hadn't described that in HOME, the file that explains how Living Projects works.

I handle old information two ways. Supersede is for a fact that changed: the old entry stays, marked. Moving to history is for wording I want out of what gets read. Only the first was written down.

So I added a short paragraph and ran a small test, one run each: the same short request, to take one word out of an old entry, in two test projects, one with the paragraph and one without.

I believe building habits shouldn t require perfect plans or unbroken streaks. We need structure that leaves room for real life and even an unfinished routine can teach us something.

RightLoop follows a simple cycle: Try Observe Adjust. Follow your routine step by step, keeping the progress you make. Smart Insights highlights patterns in your timing and completed or skipped steps. Add your own context to understand what helped or got in the way, then choose what to adjust.

Two days ago I launched CalNote AI, an iPhone app that starts recording when a meeting on your calendar starts and saves a clean note to Files, Obsidian or Notion. I'm a product owner, not a developer, and this was my first launch anywhere.

The numbers, since I couldn't find many posts that share small ones:

• Final position: #500 for the day, 1 upvote, no outside comments

• New devices on launch day: 4 (a normal day is about 3)

• Total devices since Oct 20: 30 before the launch, 37 now

What I think went wrong:

I built Oreja after getting tired of reaching for Apple Music every time a ChatGPT voice reply started. It watches the selected app's output level locally, pauses Music while the reply is active, then brings it back after the quiet interval. There is also a lower-volume mode.

The whole thing is intentionally small. No OpenAI API, account, recording, transcript, analytics, or network service. The repository is open source, and the audio path feeds transient levels into a deterministic coordinator.

We didn't start Zcord because we wanted to build another SaaS product.

We started it because running a media company meant managing too many different tools, subscriptions and platforms.

One tool for automation. Another for bio links. Another for analytics. And more bills every month.
