Quick story on why we ripped out our pricing and started over.
We used to charge a flat monthly fee like everyone else. $49, $99, $199 a month, take your pick. Then I looked at usage data from our smaller customers and felt kind of sick. Some of them were getting 30 messages a month and paying us $50 for it. That's $1.66 every time their AI answered a single customer question. For a tiny business just getting started, that's brutal.

My dream would be top 3 someday as a solodeveloper, but i think we can achive more its just not even 1 hour from start. Here are the details and the problem I keep running into.. I mean to keep in touch with my grandparents but life gets in the way and it's always on the back burner. Texting is pretty useless bc they aren't great at using their iphones, calls have a 10% hit rate, and "I'll write a letter this weekend" never comes to fruition.
