I’ve been testing a number of AI agent platforms recently, and Delight.ai left a stronger impression than I expected.

What stood out wasn’t just the response quality, but the engineering behind how it keeps context alive — even when conversations pause, shift channels, or restart hours later. Most systems break down there, but this one feels unusually steady.

There’s a certain “warmth” in how the agent continues the thread. You can tell there’s a thoughtful memory architecture under the hood, not just a basic session state. Subtle, but it changes the whole interaction.

If you care about the intersection of solid system design and human-feeling CX, this is one of the more inspiring launches I’ve seen lately.
