I purchased SEO Powersuite back in 2017 and used it for 2+ years before giving up. I'm a power user, having worked with several alternative SEO solutions over the years. I liked that there was no ongoing subscription, but I was really frustrated by recurring issues processing reports, recurring errors, and constant up-sells being introduced at every step along the way. The kicker for me was the up-sell of bypassing the Google Captchas which should be an integral part of the solution. I also started to experience some really inconsistent results in the reports that did not align with data being reported by Google Search Console and Google Analytics. When I reached out to Customer Service for answers I was connected with ill informed answers and no way to escalate issues. I finally gave up on SEO Powersuite, and shifted to a monthly web service option.

Lots of things have been modified and fixed within the last 2 years, for instance we now take care of captchas on our side (with no extra charges), and we've built our own backlink and keyword index from scratch (Rank Tracker users just love it!).
