I have add my blocked apps，why i can still use them when in a session. Either the blocked websites,i have add my blocked websites and install the chrome extension，why i can still get access to the website ？Do I need to add more settings ?

There is an app similar to this. When you unlock/login to your computer, it prompts you to plan your day, or reminds you of your todos for 20 seconds or so before the computer becomes interactive. Anyone know what app that is?
