Congrats! A few weeks ago, I was inquiring about the reward program tool in the PH community, but I didn't find any that were particularly suitable. I was already planning to develop one myself, so I was very happy to see Shoutout. I will look into it to see if it meets my needs: I hope that both parties can receive rewards for registrations and subscriptions made through the invitation link.
@rahul_agarwal23 Hi Rahul. Right now we don't do revenue attribution, because majority of the campaigns that you can run with Shoutout don't have a direct way of tracking revenue. For example, you could run a campaign to get your customers to write a G2 review for you. Because of the high number of reviews, you would get more visibility on G2 from visitors, and some would finally convert to your customers. But we won't be able to attribute the new revenue to the campaign you ran.

Wow! This is so timely! Is there any tech stack requirement and how long of engineering effort do we need to spend to integrate with this? We are launching in 2 weeks and running out options for user engagement tools

This is interesting! Have you considered adding a 'Pay as you go' pricing structure? I think that'll be great for people who don't have 1000 monthly active customers. Congrats!
@chandula Thanks for checking out the product. Since we have just launched, we have not yet had enough discussions with customers around pricing. As we get more feedback, we would be happy to explore more pricing models and pricing plans.
