I'm exploring it's capabilities for our company's customer onboarding process. Could you elaborate on how Shoutout specifically facilitates smoother customer onboarding experiences? Are there features or strategies within the platform that help in guiding new users through our product offerings effectively?

In most onboarding journeys, there are some steps which are optional (such as inviting team members, booking a demo, connection social accounts, etc), but if the users complete those steps, the likelihood of them converting to paid customers goes up. Shoutout let's you incentivize any of the onboarding steps, and all you need to do is to send Shoutout an event, using our SDK, to indicate when the user completes the onboarding step. Shoutout automatically rewards the user.
For any SaaS product, if the lead acquisition is expensive, it is critical to optimize the conversion rates, and a successful onboarding is really important to achieve it. Shoutout helps you achieve it.
The general strategy is to award cash credits to users for completing certain onboarding steps. For example, giving then $25 cash credits if they book a demo with you. The great this about this is, that those credits only matter if the user eventually converts to a paid customer.
Hi Shout Out team! This looks super-interesting! We've been toying with the idea of introducing an Ambassador programme at streamalive.com to reward people if they talk about our product on social media or in their newsletter.
This seems like a great way to manage that ambassador programme and track who's published content to earn a reward.

Congratulations on the launch! How does Shoutout ensure that the incentivized actions, such as reviews and user-generated content, maintain authenticity and quality, and are there any analytics features to measure the effectiveness of these growth campaigns?
@anastasia_chakileva_ Hi Anastasia. Great questions.
We support two different kinds of actions:
1. Actions which are performed on an external platform, such as G2, and require manual review of submissions. For these, you can manually review the user generated content for authenticity and approve or reject the submission in click of a button. We take care of notifying the user about your decision, through in-app notifications and email notifications.
2. Actions which are performed inside your own product, such as inviting team members. In this case, manual review is not required. Instead, your product can send us an event when the user completes the action, and we automatically reward the user.
We support analytics which give you an idea of the effectiveness of these campaigns. The stats are automatically sent to your registered email and also to a Slack channel of your choice, if you have enabled our Slack integration.
