Congratulations on your launch. Seems like a game changer. Besides incorporating new companies, do you also do conversion for existing corporations like an S-corp trying to convert to a C-corp or an LLC wanting to convert to a corp or foreign corporations trying to domesticate in a different or new State for US companies. Thank you. Am asking because I have two S-corps that I want to convert to C-corps

Congratulations on the launch 🥳 for the whole team! Actually, legal stuff is something I guess many startups fail to understand or underestimate. I.e. we are incorporated in Finland but also applied to YC --> Delaware flip ahead if we get in. Don't even want to think how hard it will be 😄 So what you're doing, is definitely needed. Good luck with the product!!
