Textile is mostly decentralized. Filecoin after the space race event has the potential to be the largest deployed fully decentralized storage network in the world at the time of the mainnet launch.
Slate will launch a desktop application later that will approach the consumer experience from a fully decentralized angle. Until then, Slate is partially centralized to introduce people to the idea of Slate first :)
