This is great. a) Am I right to assume that this could potentially also be implemented as a support solution for people outside of the organisation? And b) can this be seamlessly integrated with an existing Notion database?

Wow, very interesting and helpful. This product can be used to store help articles and integrate them into help desk software and then use it to automatically respond to customer inquiries in the support (just wanted to share this idea). Good luck!
