Nice checklist, I particularly like the "D-day logistics", "Admin and paperworks", and "first days". Brilliant !
In my company, our community of Scrum masters are putting together an "onboarding box" for scrum masters, containing all the common tools a new comer would need, like poker planning cards, a timer, markers, a short list of icebreakers and meeting spicers, etc...
There's also an onboarding session occurring every month which gather all the newly hired.
