Slite Discussions - Docs + decision making for remote teams

@cheburashka1 yup the goal is similar, the major difference is that discussions can live in docs to bring context async. eg, you create this Marketing job requirement doc and you can link at the top the discussion "Do we need to hire a new Marketing person" so people can get the rationale and get aligned.
