Been working with Smartly when they were ... not that much :)

Developped demo bots for smart home use cases

Great team, great spirit

Pros:

- short learning path

- cross platform

- team support and kindness

Cons:

- not that much

- will need to keep their hightest standard when the platform will get bigger

They have develop a huge expertise in vocal solutions and their network is more and more extended; including vocal tools makers, vocal applications users, vocal community members and so on.

Pros:

Smartly.AI has a key resource : it's team. A team of expert working with an open mind when its comes to define and design applications

Cons:

No cons, for the moment- maybe a concern regarding how they will face an always growing vocal application ecosystem.

Smartly.ai seems like the go-to partner when creating a voice app nowadays.

Their team of developers, voice designers, project managers (etc.) is highly responsive and always ready to explain what it's about. You can feel the passion in what they're doing.

Besides, the platform lives up to the expectations and you can truly deliver a voice app in no time.

The algorithm seems to perform very well as well.

Congrats to them!

- Experience (for the industry) in Voice apps and ML / NLU

Cons:

- None that I can see

I've really enjoyed using this so far! One snag: everytime we make an update, we have to go in and repaste the Intent Schema. We were using Flow.ai, and once it connected, you could make changes on their interface and it was automatically updated on Alexa. Am I missing something, or is that not a feature Smartly.ai has? It's a pretty important feature to lose.
