it doesn't work as advertised, and the support team either doesn't understand how their own tool works, or they lie. For instance, they have youtube videos according to which you can extract emails from users on upwork or github, which is false, you can just obtain emails from upwork or github emmployees -which sounds quite useless to me-.

Great customer service - but this does not support Gmail aliases. :(

We've had a bad experience with Snovio. Their Chrome extension doesn't work, Zapier integration doesn't work either. You can't manage email outreach campaigns for different business developers. Their support doesn't help fixing their bugs.
