I am German and my wife is Colombian so i really need to learn Spanish quickly. I tried Duolingo for some time and I got a lot of awards and streaks but I still could not speak or understand Spanish at all... and I guess that's why because you don't actually speak with these apps - you do multiple choice tests. ChatGPT & co allowed AI finally to speak decently so I started building my own personal language teacher. Now everybody can have his or her own personal language teacher who is always available when you have a few minutes and you don't need to be embarrassed anymore - it's only an AI :) There is a free trial available so please just check out http://lucas.alldone.app/ and finally start speaking (!) your dream language!

This is brilliant, @karsten_wysk! Having a personal AI tutor available anytime for practicing a new language sounds incredibly convenient. The fact that it’s stress-free and judgment-free is a huge plus. I'm curious if Lucas can provide feedback on grammar and sentence structure during conversations?

I have been talking to Lucas over the last weeks and it has been great fun. My talking - (in Spanish) - has constantly improved day by day, especially with the help of the mails that were sent to me after each session with Lucas.

@kyrylosilin currently the app transcribes everything into text before giving feedback. However I am looking forward to new APIs being released so i can directly work with the voice!
