I have been coaching using Zoom for around 7 years now. Initially I was coaching TEDx speakers, and more recently start up founders with their pitching. Each zoom coaching session would be recorded and put into a shared folder so that my client can refer back to it. But scrolling through a video is both painful and inefficient. I am now incorporating Spoke so that clients have a transcript that they can search for the key points they want to refresh. This is a new process for me, so I have not yet received much feedback but I am excited at the benefits it adds for my clients.

Love Spoke, it's one of the indispensable apps in my digital tookit. Before Spoke, I had videos that never got to see the light of day because I was too busy to take notes/summarise. Very much looking forward to the AI Summarisation feature, it'll save me a lot of time and effort even more.

They have been rolling new features like crazy lately. Lozare has listened to his audience and delivered a fantastic product. The transcriptions are very very accurate for automated and this software has saved us thousands of dollars by keeping track of all the conversations we have with our clients. Clients are less likely for scope creep (trying to add in features they didn't get quoted for) and it saves me so much time to have my development team to be able to quickly learn all the details they need to complete their projects. Great software! Highly recommend!
