Spoke - Your best meeting companion on Zoom, Teams, and Meet

It's an amazing product. I have been using it for all my meetings and more. @lazare_rossillon is an amazing founder, he has been very receptive of the feedbacks that has been give and acts upon it quickly. A must have app for businesses.

Spoke is a game changer in my prospection and my operations management ! It directly integrates with Zoom and my calendar, and allows me especially two things that I just find amazing : ✅ Get a summary of my call with my prospect, so I can remember exactly what we said, even if our next call is in weeks. You can create TON of value out of this, show how professional you are by not being this "huh can you remember what we said last time about this subject ?" guy, and if you really care about people (not just pretending), really deepen your relation with your prospects. Just asking your prospect if he succeeded with the specific business issue he was facing 3 weeks ago and for which he worried, or if his kid has recovered well is just making people really feeling heard and considered as humans (which sadly is pretty rare in business) Also great to create and maintain amazing relations with partners or customers. ✅ Send a summary of our call to my partners, prospects or customers, in a few minutes. This one is amazingly professional and serious, and people feel it deeply. You just stand out of the crowd, and it's the kind of thing that make people want to keep working with you. Why ? Cause nobody want to do the meeting reports, it's time consuming, boring, and most people will never read or open it, even if we all know how precious they could be to follow the evolution of a project for example. So by doing so without even discussing or negotiating, you are just the "I do boring tasks that nobody want to do because I am a doer, I work in an efficient way, and I service the projects and the others in the best way possible" guy. How good does it sounds ? Pretty good right ? And I swear you will instantly feel it deep in you, and in the way people communicate with you and treat you, that the way they are considering you just completely changed, just by sending meeting reports you edit in 2 minutes. Well, of course, if you're also efficient in the other aspects of your job, otherwise will not work as well I guess 😅 To resume, I started using Spoke in the first place to help me on the following of a project, due I guess to some traumas of my "Please do the meeting report, inteeeern !" internships (really hard times back there ! 🫥), but I found in Spoke a tool that brought me far beyond what I expected, and that helped me getting ton of results and benefits, for some which I didn't even planned or thought about. Just love it, and I'm 100% sure if you give it a try you will too !
