Spott is a fantastically easy to use and powerful saas with a very responsive tech support team. My only comment is that I wish I knew how to automate some of the viewer behaviors via webhooks, zapier/alternative...But Spott is a very elegant solution to provide a viewer journey via video. Very happy to have it!

The UI could be a little bit easier/friendlier for non-technical people, but this is hardly something to complain about!
