SquadCast v2 was redesigned to recording high-quality audio for professional podcasters and their guests - now with mobile, multi-browser support, & flexible pricing.
Extremely impressed with @zach__moreno and @rockwell_felder 's responsiveness and commitment to a quality product. Remote interviewing for podcasts is a pain. Definitely recommend podcasters check them out!
Squadcast is indeed a gamechanger for podcasters. The real-time recording, separate recordings at each participant location prior to compression and sending through the internet, provides superior quality to anything that I've used before. Support is excellent and the V2 upgrade is a big jump forward. Can't wait for Video recording and screenshare capabilities.

Before Squadcast launched I had tried every software solution I could find to record my remote podcast interviews (Skype w/ Ecamm, Zoom, Ringr, Zencastr, etc.) and I was always terribly disappointed by unreliability and poor sound quality. And, when I had these issues, support was practically non-existent. It feels like the Squadcast team was reading my mind when they built their product. Q: What if the signal drops? A: No sweat, we're uploading every 8 seconds! Q: Ok, but what about the terrible sound quality of internet recordings? A: And...that's why we record double enders, bro! Q: Alright, alright, but my clients aren't really tech savvy enough for online recording. A: Nobody is, that's why Squadcast is intuitive as shit! Q: What about an iOS app? Do I have to be tied to a computer. A: Keep your fucking pants on, iPhone users! We're working on it! Or you could get a new phone and use our Android app. π
Seriously, though. Squadcast is just the best.

I have used other podcasting recording websites and Squadcast is by far the best. Not only does it have single end recording which is so helpful for good sound quality, but it always works and even the few times I have had trouble downloading files customer service is available and friendly. Other sites barely have customer service but cost the same amount. I recommend SquadCast to every podcaster who interviews guests.

I use and recommend SquadCast for any and all remote interviews. The audio quality that gets uploaded back to me is as if I used a high bandwidth (expensive) ISDN connection to make it happen. Well done guys !
It really makes it painless for guests to come on to the podcast. No worrying about a special application do download or the jankyness of running a special app for video and a different one for audio. I only recently found the product but am really impressed. The audio files are top quality so editing is super easy as well. The few things I would like fixed is the ability to change the video output. When more than 2 people are on the screen at a time it can chop them in weird ways (cut off peoples faces).
