Absolutely love this - I have issues with this too, especially right now. Having templates makes the barrier to saying no a lot lower. :)

You must've gotten your hands on a copy of my google searches.. great idea! Only fear I have is that you do not have enough templates, or follow up templates as some people are harder to shake of than others.
