Thanks for checking out yet another edition of our State of SaaS Onboarding - this time, a MartechEdition! 🤩 📈 User onboarding can be a make-or-break for user activation, 🗓️ We created the State of SaaS Onboarding annual report because back in 2019 when we looked for information about the best onboarding practices in SaaS, we...couldn't find any! 🧑‍🔬 Since then - every year we've been logging into over 1000 SaaS companies to take a close look at their user onboarding flows. 👩‍🔬 Unlike in 2020 and 2021 - when we looked at SaaS in general - this year we decided to stop comparing apples to oranges. Instead - we zoomed in on MarTech tools - for better reliability of the results. 👉 So what were the most common and best onboarding practices in MarTech SaaS in 2022? Let's dive in!
