Holy FK! I got my image back in 30 minutes and it's PERFECT. The logo was pretty complex with a bunch of interweaved gradients and they captured it 100%. The resulting vector is VERY clean.

Before we put our trust again in a new app by Sticker Mule, can you please confirm what is going to happen with "Trace By Sticker Mule"? Especially after you collected all these emails by promising a free app and become #3 Product of the Week on PH just a few months ago? The app doesnt work any more. We are willing to pay a small fee for unlimited background removal but it has to be done asap. We are left hanging here.
