You're absolutely right... research has come out this year further validating that no amount of alcohol is healthy, which only means that if we can drink even just a little less it's going to be beneficial. We never tell people to quit, but we help them scale back and drink more mindfully :)

I love Sunnyside. It's such a breath of fresh air to find a product/program that's more about mindfulness than absolutes and black and white thinking. The world needs more of this.
i'm actually really interested to try this because I've been thinking about ways I can be more intentional with alcohol, but have no desire to give it up completely. who knew there was an app for that! congrats on the launch!
