Swit is a great tool that can integrate all work environments. In particular, it's good to manage projects and manage performance in conjunction with OKR.

@zoey_lee2 Thank you for the support!

@zoey_lee2 Exactly! If you're managing your team's objectives and performance through the OKR framework, Swit would be a great tool that addresses all of your needs in collaboration, project management, and goal management. Please try the product and let me know how it goes!

I am interested in the significance of logo design. Additionally, does each color carry specific meanings in this context?
Marie Angelie Censon
@andy_baek_ok Hi Andy! I'm one of the designers who designed Swit's logo. Our logo represents the synchrony of Swit's core functions which are chat/communication - represented by the blue (open spaces like the sky/sea, transparency) chat bubble; task/projects - green (productivity and growth) check mark; and Swit as a hub of both, plus powerful integrations and add-ons which is represented by the orange (creativity and energy/flow) connecting curved line. Hope this answers your question 🤩
Keith Lee
@andy_baek_ok Yes! The blue speech bubble represents our Channels, the green check represents our Projects, and the orange connection represents our Organization level connections and our third party integrations. The idea is we want to keep all of these collaboration essentials together in one place!

As a UX/UI designer, I understand the challenges our team faces when trying to communicate tasks among different roles like developers and product managers across various platforms such as Figma, Slack, Google Docs, and Trello. I wonder if integrating a unified tool like Swit into our workflow could solve our communication issues. Could you provide some insight on this?
Keith Lee
@new_user__33920231afd5a0bd4e54d63 Swit was designed to help with cross-functional collaboration, and we believe having shared Channels and Projects will help with transparency and alignment. Our integrations with Google Docs are very powerful as well!

Our recent upgrade to Swit 2.0 made our features more visible and seamless. There, of course, will always be room for improvement and we'll work hard to meet and even surpass expectations, I do hope you can find gems in this new, smart, ever-evolving, brilliant work OS. My favorite? Converting a message to a task! In the middle or at the end of a conversation, I'd convert a message to a task in the right project in the right workspace. Then you'll see the message attached to your task already. Don't stop with messages! Documents, files, approval requests, and other tasks, you name it... I love to attach all the relevant information (that is already within Swit) to a task and share the context with collaborators to help fill in the gaps and stay on the same page. Hope it becomes part of your workdays too. :)

@brie_oh Please allow me to say this: Swit also offers more budget-friendly pricing options compared to Slack, making it a cost-effective choice for smaller teams and organizations!! :)

@ethan_jeong The biggest difference I felt when I came to Sweet is that all the information related to work, such as conversations and tasks, is shared within Sweet, so there is almost no work-related information missing or using other tools. That's why I think it's a great attraction to be given an environment where you can work without many issues when working remotely or working with team members in other time zones!

Swit 2.0 has finally hit the market, and the overwhelming anticipation and interest from users have left me both thrilled and proud.🥳 As the product manager behind Swit 2.0, my primary focus was on exploring ways to enhance people's efficiency in performing their tasks. We aimed to diminish barriers between collaborators, strengthen connections, and reduce unnecessary communication costs—all in an effort to empower them to truly immerse themselves in their work. Swit 2.0 addresses the transparency and complexity of tasks with its core features: chat and project functionalities. If a significant issue arises during a conversation, you can seamlessly transition that dialogue into a task. Moreover, within project task cards, you can organically link various third-party apps from different industries, managing attachments and sharing them with collaborators at any time. Additionally, diverse project views and dashboard features make it easy and quick to comprehend the progress of the projects you're involved in and identify any potential blockers. Collaboration isn't confined to internal teams; you can even collaborate with different departments, teams, business units, and yes, even other companies. Swit provides multiple organizations and workspaces, and transitioning between them is incredibly straightforward and easy. This is just one of the many features Swit offers. Plugins like Approvals, Goals, and Automation cater to various organizational environments. Please continue to look forward! Keep that excitement alive because more amazing collaboration experiences await you through Swit.✨
